With regard to the recent Haupia recipe, what happens if you use (gasp!) canned coconut milk?

 We generally leave such matters up to your own conscience, but just be sure you buy coconut milk and not sweetened coconut cream. (We think it would be fine. And surely, a haupia with canned coconut milk is better than no haupia at all....)
