Where Have all the Good Pineapple Pie Fillings Gone?

I cannot find pineapple pie filling anywhere. Do they still make it, and if so where can I find it?

Apparently they still do, but our guess is, they sell it in such limited volume that you can't find it on the shelves of your supermarket.

We found one pineapple cake and pastry filling that you can buy online. The other option is to contact a food service supplier, such as Sysco or Perkins Paper, that supplies bakeries. They definitely have pineapple pastry filling, although you may have to purchase it in No.-10-can-sized quantities.

The other other option is to make your own. Here's a simple Pineapple Pastry Filling recipe.
