Q. I've downloaded a couple of recipes for various versions of Tiramisu which call for Champagne Biscuits. Can't find them. What are they? I can find the ladyfinger packages easily enough, but not these biscuits. Can you help?A. We’ve run across a variety of Champagne biscuits, ranging from the little sponge-cake cookies that are identical to ladyfingers to ultra-chic cookies made with black currants, champagne, and almond extract, which are meant to be daintily nibbled while you sip your Champagne.
We’d go with the ladyfingers.
