Q. As any type of tomato or cream sauce upsets my stomach, I am trying to locate a recipe for "lasagne" or a "lasagne-type" casserole without using cream or tomatoes. Perhaps some kind of broth. Do you have any suggestions or ideas?A. There are many, shall we say, "innovative" lasagne recipes that exclude tomato and cream — some more lasagne-like than others.
