Could you please give me the recipe for the blooming flower onion, I have just got back from the States and whilst I was there I bought the special cutter but do not know how they make it so delicious to eat. Hoping you can help me.

 Unfortunate that the manufacturer of the contraption didn’t share a recipe with you. We have managed to find a relevant recipe, but can’t promise it will match what you had in the US. It assumes you are using a knife to create the blossom effect, so you can skip several steps and congratulate yourself on your wise purchase.
