What is prepared mustard?

 Prepared mustard — as opposed to dry mustard — is a fluid mix of whole, cracked, or ground mustard seed mixed with vinegar, wine, water, beer, or must (fresh-pressed grape juice), and often some other seasonings as well.

In Britain it is generally referred to as "made mustard."
