Q. Can I freeze meringue powder?

A. Why the heck not? Meringue powder doesn't need to be refrigerated, much less frozen, but the one thing it does need for prolonged storage is a dry place, and the freezer provides a very dry environment. As with anything else going into the freezer, make sure it's sealed very well.
