Q. Can all CorningWare go into the freezer? I am cooking ahead for Thanksgiving dinner and would like to freeze something in a French White casserole dish.

A. According to the folks at World Kitchen, makers of Revere, OXO, Chicago Cutlery, Corelle, Baker's Secret, Pyrex, and a host of other leading kitchenware brands, all CorningWare baking products can be used in conventional, convection and microwave ovens, in the refrigerator and freezer, and in the dishwasher. That leaves only the blender, trash compactor, and garbage disposal that are off limits to your CorningWare dish.

(continued from home page) Of course if your particular dish has a plastic cover, the conventional and convection ovens and the bottom rack of the dishwasher are also off limits to the lid.
