Comments: We really like the Knork – three-quarters fork, one-quarter knife. It is a rocker knife and fork combination that allows you to cut and eat food with only one utensil, and therefore especially useful for people with limited dexterity. The edges are thin (not sharp, so you don't have to worry about cutting the sides of your mouth), and they'll cut through a lot – but not everything.
The handle features a finger platform on each side, allowing you to press one or more fingers against the side of the fork for more leverage when cutting. This also makes it equally useful for righties and lefties.
Our biggest complaint is that the Knork is heavy, especially bottom heavy, and if you put one on your plate and carry the plate downstairs to watch television while you eat, the weight of the Knork is going to cause it to slip off the edge of your plate, and it is going to fall on your big toe, quite likely causing you to swear. (Well, certainly it wouldn't cause you to swear. Let's just say swearing has been caused….)
