Orange Frosting

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tsp orange juice
2 tsp grated orange rind
Instructions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, orange juice,
and grated rind. Blend well and spread on cake.
Note: If the eggs in your area cause concern about
problems with salmonella, use meringue powder in
this recipe.
