Spicy Beer Marinade
From The Complete Meat Cookbook, by Bruce Aidells and Denis Kelly.


1 tsp Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 12-ounce bottle of lager beer
1 Tbsp coarse-grained mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce or A-1 steak sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix.

Yield: Makes 2-1/3 to 3 cups
