Creamy Dijon-Caper Dressing

1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1-1/2 tsp capers, drained
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl, and stir until well mixed. Add the capers and black pepper, and stir well.

Use immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Yield: 1-1/4 cups
