Granola Honey Drops

2 cups white flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cups soft butter or margarine
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1 large banana, mashed
2 cups granola


Mix and stir together thoroughly the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add the soft butter, egg, honey and mashed banana. Beat together until thoroughly combined. Stir in the granola. Cover and chill the dough for 1 hour. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F (175C) for 12 to 15 minutes.

Yield: 3 dozen
