![]() From Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade 20-Minute Meals 2 Ingredients: 12 lamb rib chops, on bone, rinsed and patted dry
Instructions: 1. Preheat broiler. Line a heavy duty baking sheet with foil. Season both sides of lamb chops with Greek seasoning. Place on prepared baking sheet. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes per side. 2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over low heat, combine yogurt, garlic juice, and mint. Gently heat, stirring occasionally. (Do not heat too quickly or sauce will curdle). Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Serve lamb chops immediately with sauce. Serving Ideas: Glazed Carrots and Snap Peas with Golden Raisins
