Lemon Batter for Deep Frying

Ingredients:

1 egg
3/4 cup water
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Beat the egg well till it is light, add the water and lemon juice, and blend well. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix lightly.
