Honey Oatmeal Cookies
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the coconut, raisins, chopped nuts, wheat germ and rolled oats, stirring until evenly blended. In a separate little bowl, stir together the whole-wheat flour with the dry powdered milk and salt. Add to the cookie dough and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Push from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove hot cookies from the cookie sheet immediately and cool on paper towels.
