Comments: There's something a little bit cool in eschewing the traditional pizza wheel for a rocking pizza knife – it definitely makes you look more serious. This one is sturdy and big enough to cut through any pizza up to 14 inches across. The knife is safe for non-stick pans and cleans up easily in the dishwasher.
Our one issue is that you can't just throw it in a drawer to get it out of the way. Like any knife, you have to protect the blade in some way, because it can become notched and dull, and less effective at cutting. The best bet may be to hang it from a hook somewhere, in which case, it will also become a conversation piece.
