This sugar syrup is wonderful for making a quick glass of lemonade, limeade, or other drink where granulated sugar would fail to dissolve in the cold liquid and fall helplessly to the bottom of the glass, giving you a very tart 7/8ths of a drink and a very sweet, granulated 1/8th at the end.
