Cooking a turkey is not hard. We're not big fans of the turkey in a bag concept, but it's fine. It's basically a method of steaming the turkey as opposed to roasting. It won't brown as much as a turkey roasted out in the open. The turkey will come out moist, but it also should be nice and juicy if you roast it and don't overcook it.

If you are willing to skip the roasting bag and are organized enough to start a day in advance, we think this recipe for a Fool-Proof Roast Turkey is pretty near, well,... fool-proof.
